Shipping and Delivery Policy

PROCESSING TIME Standard Processing Time for orders is 2-4 Business Days to be processed and shipped. Once handed to the vendor, shipment will arrive within 1-3 Business Days. AMENDING DELIVERY ADDRESS After placing an order, customers are allotted a grace period of up to three (3) business days to request amendments to the delivery address, if necessary. Address modifications can be initiated by contacting us via email at pot3ntia7@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the request, a confirmation email will be promptly sent to validate the updated delivery details. The order will be dispatched within 3 days from the date of the confirmation email. We shall not bear responsibility for deliveries once they have been handed over to the designated parcel company. We do not ship to PO Boxes. FAILED DELIVERIES/RETURNED TO SENDER If the provided shipping address is incorrect, resulting in the inability to deliver your package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. This expense includes shipping costs as well as any duty and tax associated with the package. The amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS You have 3 Business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. REFUND Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
